Online group classes

Live face-to-face online group classes are available with our experienced Oxford ILS teachers. The classes use Zoom technology, which enables students to connect and interact with the teachers and fellow classmates.

The General English classes are for students who want to improve their English language skills for general use in everyday situations. Each class follows a structured programme, in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) to improve your English language skills and confidence in the use of English.

The programme includes:

Online level assessment prior to joining the class.
Small groups (max. 8 students).
Choice of 4 or 10 hours of online classes per week (1 hour = 60 minutes).
Focus on general English or exam preparation.
Individual and small groups tasks and role-plays, just like in a regular classroom.
Self-study assignments that will get students to practise English outside of the classroom and will be checked and corrected by the tutor.
All study materials.
Course attendance certificate.
Minimum age: 16+.

Online private tuition

Students may prefer to choose a one-to-one programme of study. This offers the student a course which is designed for the specific requirements of the individual learner. Classes are customised and focused on the student's specific objectives and problem areas. The day and time of the class is flexible to suit the student's availability.

The online private tuition programme includes:

Online level assessment prior to joining the class.
Detailed Needs Analysis form completion.
Personalised programme of study based on the student's needs and objectives.
Designated Personal Tutor.
Between 2 and 15 hours of classes per week (1 hour = 60 minutes).
Classes to be agreed and scheduled in advance.
Self-study assignments that will get students to practise English outside of the classroom and will be checked and corrected by the Personal Tutor.
All study materials.
Course attendance certificate.
Minimum age: 16+.

B1 Intermediate
