Entertainment, Tours, and Excursions

Oxford ILS is committed to ensuring that our students have a culturally enriching stay in Oxford. To that end, the School offers a social programme which includes organised events or activities during the week. This would typically include:

• Oxford University & City tours
• Visits to Oxford’s museums and art galleries
• Cinema/Pub nights
• Quiz nights
• Bowling nights
• Sporting activities – swimming, football, basketball

Many more activities are available on request. Students can book these group activities after the course starts, and are charged on an individual basis.

Oxford ILS also offers students excursions organised by our partner travel organisations. For example:

• City Tours (London, Edinburgh, Brighton, Cambridge, Bath & Stonehenge)
• Harry Potter Studio Tour
• Thorpe Park Adventure Day
• Warwick Castle & Stratford Upon Avon
• Portsmouth and Isle of White
• Portsmouth and Bournemouth Beach
